This camera kit from Amazon was the best value I could find that would come close to what 1UP uses.
The 50mm prime lens will be your best friend. The camera body will probably be a slight downgrade to what they use, but it is still a wonderful camera. They most likely use a series of prime lenses depending on the shot.
