There are tons of these Sony players out there. There is a large handle and they operate with a wall power cord, or batteries. You'll have to make sure the tape player works OK. You find them on craigslist, local classifieds, facebook sale listings, junk stores, yard sales. I'll link a few. Just search: sony player. They should be no more than $40 in operating condition.
Numerous models. Look for digital controls (volume, tuning) rather then rotary-type knobs to turn because these models will be more recently made, and the cassette belts inside are more likely to be working.
