Look up psychetrippers666 on youtube. He's done alot of self experimentation with DXM and potentiators.
My hypothesis is based on his reseach.

The product i ordered is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00020I3DY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Basically, im going to take 2-5 tablets of Black pepper fruit extract (each tablet containing 10mg piperine) daily for about 3 days leading up to the trip.
Ill try to space these doses out to thoroughly activate the enzyme, administering at least 10 mg piperine 3-4 times a day.
I will definitely write a trip report with a detailed conclusion on how well i deem black pepper for poentiation

Sorry, bioperine is what i meant, not biotin. Quick typo.

This: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00020I3DY/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1426365676&sr=8-1&keywords=Bioperine

I forget the exact amount of black pepper it takes to match supplementation, but it's several grams daily at least. I break up the 10 mg tabs as that is a huge dose.

Yes, curcumin does have benefits just sitting in the colon. I figure that sticking with the "old" curcumin/piperine combo with imperfect absorption will give you a little of both.

Would “bioperine” by Source naturals be a good purchase or should I just parachute straight black pepper?
