No yogurt, the sugars will speed the growth of the yeast. I would give really high doses of probiotics (50 billion CFU multi-strain probiotic daily for a few weeks), digestive enzymes with each meal (1/2 capsule), get an air purifier rated for allergens, and if those two things don't help, try switching proteins, your dog may be allergic to something in his food. Colloidal silver shampoo, use 2x a week for 2-3 weeks, kills yeast without using veterinary anti-fungals (those are best left to use when other less intensive treatments fail to work).

Desperate like so many others on here, I got creative and decided to try something different. Hence, I bought some digestive enzymes on Amazon (link below) and they worked really well to combat the bloating!! The directions say to take 1 capsule before a meal. However, in my case, one capsule wasn't helpful so I read on the comments that many users recommend taking two instead. I actually take three! NOTHING has worked better and while it's not perfect, it's been the best solution thus far! Good luck!

They don't cure celiac disease, but can still help those with celiac. My GI doctor had me take these when I was experiencing GI symptoms even after being gluten free: https://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Bio-Aligned-Supplement-Constipation/dp/B0009EXOTQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?keywords=digestive+enzymes&qid=1568174608&s=gateway&sprefix=digest&sr=8-5

When I travel, I go with three items.

First, I travel with Digestive Enzymes. For me, these help with digestion quite a bit. I still try to avoid FODMAPs that trigger me, but if I accidentally consume some, these make it so I'm not in agony afterwards. Seriously, buy some now. They help a shocking amount.

Second, I bring peppermint tea and peppermint oil capsules. These really help minimize the length of flares.

Next, as a last resort, I bring anti-diarrheals. It sucks to be backed up, but it's better than the alternative sometimes. But if I use the enzymes, I rarely have to use these.

So, not a cuisine recommendation, but as a fellow FODMAP sufferer, I have found that digestive enzyme pills and papaya extract / enzymes help me somewhat. I use these a lot. I'll take 3 or 4 before a meal that contains problem ingredients. Still isn't enough for like lots of raw garlic, but seems to avoid the worst of the problems for something that just has a bit of cooked onion or the like. Could be worth a try, since avoiding O&G entirely is SO difficult, as you know.

Sure! I’m on my phone so these will just be straight links.
Source Naturals - I keep these in my purse for anytime I eat something off. Whether on purpose or by accident (I basically follow the AIP diet so I am way more restricted and, not including gluten obviously, and a few other things, I can have them here and there if I take enzymes).

Pure - this brand can be expensive but it’s with it. Everything I’ve ever used from them has been great.

Good luck!

Nope, probiotics and digestive enzymes are different. I do also take probiotics (I get whatever's inexpensive and looks like it's got the most creatures per billions or whatever the measurement is), but for digestive enzymes I take these. You can get them at places like Whole Foods, but they're waaaay cheaper online.

Check out this enzymes and this bile factors , my GB was removed like 3 years ago and I gain a lot of weight, I was used to get really sleepy after a steak, salmon, or any huge meal.(I mean it, it was dangerous to drive after eat any of those things). And then a friend that works for a functional medicine doctor recommended me to try digestive enzymes and bile factors, man they really work, i know for sure because when i dont take them the sleepiness comes back after a meal.
