I have many things I love to nerd out on. But the thing I am probably the biggest nerd for is South Park. Especially the earlier seasons. I started watching it when I was in fourth grade. There were only two seasons at this point. One day I walked in the living room and my dad was watching some cartoon. As soon as he saw me he turned off the TV. So being 8-9 years old I kept questioning him and he just told me it wasn't for kids. This happens a few more times. Then one night I see he's watching it in his room. So I sneakily army crawl from the kitchen into his room and straight under his bed. From there I had a perfect view of his TV and he didn't see or hear me come in. Well until I laughed. He kicked me out of his room and told me to go to bed.
The next day when I got home from school he told me to go sit on the couch. He popped in the VHS tape and told me we were going to have a South Park marathon. The only rule was I was not allowed to tell my mom or repeat ANYTHING I heard on the show. The characters from that show bring me a greater joy then any other show or movie. After that I watched the VHS tapes his friend would mail him of each new episode because we didn't have Comedy Central where we lived yet. As soon as they would come in we would watch the new episodes together. Then I would re-watch them on my own. 20 years later I still watch every episode and hope it never gets canceled. I have half a room full of different memorabilia and can't get enough of it.
