Can you link to what you're looking at? I assume you got this? They sold a limited edition one, but I don't think the size of it is any different. My box of arcane cards looks like this, but it looks like they repackaged and they look like this now, but I don't think the cards are different at all.
Spell cards are a product that you can pick up or you can kinds of make your own. I'll edit with some links, give me just a minute

When I know my players will be encountering a spellcaster, I pull the cards I need out beforehand and set them aside. Then I just track the creature's spell slots on a piece of paper.

I have no idea what you are talking about - it seems the things you are asking for are contradictory.
