For a semi-prep look -

  Your shoes and belt should, in most cases (there are always exceptions to the rules), match each other. Make sure they look well with your look.

  Your current attire is probably fine. The only other things I could suggest would be to ditch the tennis shoes and slip into some boat shoes, chukkas, or something of the likes.
