I've had the Samsung S-View flip cover for a few weeks and love it. I bought it on a whim when I saw the white/cream one -- the one that would have been my first pick anyway -- was under $10 on Amazon (and still is). It doesn't have a magnet to keep/hold it closed (which is ridiculous but beside the point) but the Spigen magnet is about $10 on Amazon and works great. I used the cover/case without the magnet for a few days (while waiting for it to arrive) and it's not un-usable without it, but it doesn't want to stay closed without it, especially after having the cover folded back.

Edit: Oh, I should mention: if you're into wireless charging, you don't necessarily need the S-View case/cover with built-in wireless charging. I bought my S-View case before I knew a wireless-charging version existed, but there are thin Qi receivers with NFC that work with the case. Mine charges wirelessly just fine with this one sitting on the battery.

I have this on my Note 4 while using a the S-View case. The mount comes with two magnets and unfortunately the larger one doesn't fit, but it still works like a charm. I also got this so that the S-View cover stays closed.

Yes, you can fold the front flap to the back. Which case you get depends on how clumsy you think you are with your phone, if you tend to drop your phone get the protective cover, if you are relatively careful, go for the s-view. If you do get the S-view make sure to put a screen protector on the phone because rumors are it can scuff an unprotected screen. That way if you do drop your phone in the s view cover, the flap wont open midair and your phone wont land on its screen.
