I don't use an armband, (the 6+ would make my arms look small) lol Instead I have a tight fitted cycling jersey, which has a zippered on the side, my 6+ is in it's regular case, so I don't have to do any case/ armband switching.

I got this one by Spigen. Seems like it has enough protection and is sleek enough to compliment the large size of the 6 plus.

I really dig my Spigen Neo Hybrid case. It doesn't add any bulk. It gets complimented a lot, people don't believe there is a case on my phone and it has protected it from a drop already.

I also have the Spigen case with the kick-stand which added some bulk but not bad at all, and the Spigen Card Case which is the biggest(I haven't used it yet).

I recommend Spigen, I just got the Neo Hybrid for my 6+ and it's great! Nice and grippy, great clearance for screen when screen faced down on surface and doesn't add to much weight to it. They do them in a variety of colours and sizes. I got the Gun Metal Grey one.

My friend got it. But I've heard other comments on this subreddit of people with other types of spigen cases and they all mention that it's a really tight fit.

And I love it. I don't know why so many ppl have complaints about this case it's great. The texture in the back is excellent for it not to slip on tables or out your hand. The buttons work perfectly for me. And the bumper allows me to set it on the screen without it touching the screen but it also doesn't even look like its out much. On the back as well it covers the space that the camera comes out.

It's also incredibly thin. Get compliments on the case all the time and sometimes ppl don't even notice it has one.

Which cases are you looking at? Granted, /u/DunderN8 posted a case with an open top, but I used the Spigen Neo Hybrid on my 5 for nearly the entire time I had it. Super protective, every corner and edge hugged by sweet, sweet armor, and pretty to boot.

For my 6+, I went with this Neo Hybrid Bumper, still hits all the corners (and keeps the camera off the table), same double layered protection, but leaves the back nice and open, and there's a near perfect version of my old case in this listing as well.

Less than half the price on Amazon? Am I missing something?

I am looking at going with the a spigen (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LLGLR18/ref=gno_cart_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2SFKRF5TPZMT5) case, looks alright, and the price is right. I've had good luck with their stuff in the past, and honestly its just to hold me over until element releases new alu bumpers for the 6+.

Link to the cheap glass protector?

i'm less then unimpressed with the current crop of glass proctectors as they all seem to not go out to the case/edge of the glass. I get that its curved but for $30+ they should be putting some R&D into it to make it a pleasant feeling interface.
