Case & Screen protector. It was hard to convince myself to put a case and protector on such a beautiful phone but I dont actually mind this combo. This is coming from a guy who refused to put a protector on all my previous phones (directly causing the demise of a couple)
used the spigen air cushion clear case for my S7 edge and S6. It's under $15 on amazon and the best I've seen. As for screen protector, go without bc the gamble is worth it you get to experience the silky smooth oem gorilla glass.

I got a tech21 Pure clear through VZW site (it's the only place in stock right now) and it came in today.
Was originally going to cancel and I ordered a spigen ultra hybrid as well, but now that the Tech21 is here, it's actually just as thin if not thinner, and feels much more sturdy (way harder plastic). I'll probably end up using the Tech21.
You just gotta hunt for the deals. Plus your prices are in Canada. I wouldn't call them the same case just because they're both clear. The clear symmetry will be using similar materials to the colored versions and the sides are more receded for easy use of screen protectors. I'm not saying either is better but I wouldn't link you a $5 clear case and say it's "literally the same". There will always be differences. The clear Symmetry for the S8 in the US is only $19 on Amazon ($24 CA) and the clear Spigen for the S8 in the US is $12 on Amazon ($15 CA)
I got the clear version of the spigen ultra hybrid which is literally exactly the same as the otterbox symmetry for half the price. I love the clear case, I dont think I could handle this beautiful of a phone in anything else, but thats just my own opinion.
