I recommend Staedtler non permanent lumocolor. They dry fast and require a little water to get off, so you won't erase your work by accident. I use it in conjuction with a Scrubby whiteboard notebook.

No, those are dry erase markers. You want Wet erase markers for a standard game mat. Any that say 'wet erase' would do. Perhaps ask a teacher or look for a school supply store. These are the kind of markers that were used in older "overhead projectors".

The best ones are Staedtler like these: https://www.amazon.com/Staedtler-Lumocolor-Non-Permanent-Assorted-STD316WP4A6/dp/B0007OEDSO

This looks like an online retailer that services Chile and has them: https://listado.mercadolibre.cl/industrias-y-oficinas/oficinas/staedtler-lumocolor

Alcohol wipes can wreck whatever enamel is on the board that's letting you mark them up. Try Lumocolors: https://smile.amazon.com/Staedtler-Lumocolor-Non-Permanent-Assorted-STD316WP4A6/dp/B0007OEDSO/

This is the basic one but you can also get more detailed ones. As well as the mat with two different tones on each side I found the two tone flip mat to be more than enough most of the time but I also got the multi terrain pack for more niche uses.

I use these pens. The paizo site claims you can use permanent markers and I'm sure it works fine but wet erase markers are just so perfect, no smudge easy wipe off.

A word of warning the maps do fold down so there are very obvious creases in the mats when you lay them out so make sure you chuck some books on them for a bit before the game starts. We normally just pile our dnd books on top until we need to use it.

Make sure to check out amazon or w/e because these mats are often sold as cheap if not cheaper on their. Also Paizo shipping can be quite a bit depending on where you live!

Good luck!
