I've seen many people discussing the current stock situation over the past few weeks, but I do believe Hasbro has already provided an answer on multiple occasions as to whether these figures will actually be restocked. [This video] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olCx_xrOT9Y), along with comments Sam and Patrick have made at recent comic cons in Europe, seem to indicate the figures were limited and will not be restocked. Video of the MCM/Paris cons can also be found on the Fantha Tracks YouTube channel, FYI.
For those with Target orders delayed, my guess is that they are keeping them open as long as there's a relatively steady stream of returns that could be used to fulfill an online order. I think Amazon is acting similarly, with the damaged returns being placed on Amazon Warehouse.
Overall, much more has indicated no restock, so we should assume the figures will be completely sold out once gone from store shelves. What this means for collectors without any of these 4 is that the secondary market is currently not adjusted to this overall situation. I'm not trying to tell you to spend money you shouldn't, and I'm not trying to rub secondary prices in your face, but based on the confusion in the market, I believe the current secondary price points on these figures (~$40-50/each) are going to be seen as very favorable in a month's time. Make what you will of that conclusion, but it's not often we see figures this popular with so much murkiness about their ongoing availability.
