Unfortunately yes. All figures are in retail stores for a certain amount of time. Vader isnt carried in retail anymore but you can find him online, Amazon or eBay, at a higher price than normal however.

This is a legit figure, and where I got mine from. You are not ever going to find these figures at retail value online. It is very typical to find them atleast $10-$20 higher than retail.
