FYI If Tarte Shape Tape in Fair isn't brightening on you you're probably like an NW5 or something hehe, cuz that concealer is pretty darn light!
Some other concealers to look into would be the Amazing Cosmetics Concealer, and the MUFE Full Coverage Concealer. Another idea is to use a white powder to brighten that area after applying concealer like this Stargazer Powder
Have you watched Thataylaa? She has good recommendations for people with fair skin, and I think she's also around NC15. She mentions the Stargazer Pressed Powder as one of her favorites, but it's pretty much stark white. On her though, it does have a really beautiful brightening effect. Check her out for some recs!
