When is the anime coming out?
There is a new episode released by White Fox called Steins;Gate: Kyoukaimenjou no Missing Link - Divide By Zero(episode 23β) which is an alternative version of episode 23 and acts as a prologue to Steins;Gate 0.
However the main Steins;Gate 0 anime adaptation has no release date. It was green-lit back in 2015 with Steins;Gate 0 Visual Novel and Chiyo said that the anime is in production.
There is no knowledge about when the dubbing for it will come out, but there will very likely be one.
