First for the controllers, second for the headset.
I use this thing stuck to the side of my desk. What it is is a couple command strips and a hook made for headphones. Works well, would recommend.

I went with these, https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NVRGCGA/ I'd been planning to make my own stand (dad's got a decent woodshop), decided I wanted more desk space/less stuff that could get knocked down. Given there is a cat around now, definitely the smart choice for me. Plus, it lets me route my headset cable down my monitor arm (TRRS extension cable from back of monitor area down to PC).
