Lab notebook is something like this. Has carbon copies so you can turn a copy in with your lab while still having a copy for yourself to look at later.
I recommend the spiral bound version, as the insert (to protect the carbon copies) actually works and stays in, whereas it just falls out on the top-bound ones.
get the carbon copy notebook. it means that when you write on it, it’ll leave an imprint on the other paper, so that you can hand it in at the end of lab. basically, the carbon copy notebook ensures duplication.
