For closed toe flats or shoes that have more room for a thicker insert, I use these charcoal inserts and replace them about once a month. Peep toe sling backs are my favorite shoes since they stay on around my heel. I am also a fan of big block heeled platforms with straps that go around my ankle since they also stay on - regardless of the incline.
