I thought the same thing the first time I heard about this but evidently there was a recent study that concluded 300ug is actually the ideal amount to regulate sleep cycles. I'll post it if I can find it. Here is a bottle of 300ug tablets on Amazon.

I can usually find Sundown Naturals brand extremely cheap in my local grocery stores (Meijers, in the midwest US.) 300mcg, which i consider optimal dose.

thats all you need ^ 1 per night. if you are taking a benedryl type product you probably wont wake up feeling awake and refreshed also.
