Amazon has one for $160 less

I have absolutely no idea the quality of this one, but it appears to power 12v only, but that does mean the payback date will be sooner. (as long as 12v is ok)

But they do have this exact brand for $749. (without tax, that comes out to A LOT less)

Don't for get wind power!! They have small windmills just for this type of thing.

It's probably a good idea to get an anemometer if you don't have one already and measure your wind speeds over the course of at least a few weeks. From there you can figure out whether building or buying a wind generator is worth it. Even if cost isn't a big issue you still want to buy/make a generator that is appropriate to the amount of wind you get.

While I don't have an answer to your question I happen to have a very similar setup and just purchased a wind turbine to add to it. It is a small setup but the turbine I bought has a built in controller and will shut off automtically when batteries are charged. I don't need to worry about dealing with a dump load. The one I bought is linked below (fyi, I paid half that amount. If you are from the US, you may find it for even less depending on if this is around the size you are looking for). The panels have their own solar charge controller as well.
