Not a treadmill, but on other threads I've heard that this stepper is pretty good, especially for the price.

It's compact, cheap, and while it won't last forever most of the people who have mentioned it to me say it's definitely worth $35.

I get primary exercise migraine, which means when I do cardio I get headaches.

During the winter I ski on weekends and use this stepper on weekdays.

Still trying to figure out what I'm going to do for the summer!

damn it - not available for me...grr

oh and btw looking at your wishlist i see you have this

do not buy that particular product.the company is good the product is not..the resistance bands break so easily and its really hard to use that machine.

I recommend the one (same company) that is on my bettering ourselves list. its cheaper as well.

I would definitely try to get at least one comfy not-bed piece of furniture — if you can’t afford new, then check Craigslist and garage sales or ask friends or family members. Just one comfy armchair so you can do stuff indoor relaxing while Not In Bed (this will also do good things for your sleep, and make you feel better about not being bedbound all the time)

My personal trick for this when I was living somewhere that had no living room was to just buy a big cheap reclining folding lawnchair — the long lounge style, with a blanket over it. Worked as well as a couch for me, and kept me out of my bed while still in my bedroom.

When I was at my absolute most depressed/immobile/agoraphobic, I decided to try attaching something healthy to the things I was already doing all the time.

I did gentle stuff like walking in place while I binge-watched Netflix, used little hand weights in a chair, etc. Eventually I bought one of these:

And a little stationary bike off of Craigslist. Those helped a lot since getting out to a gym was too overwhelming.

I know the cold is brutal there, but if you can — pick a nearby “hangout” and walk there, just for an hour a day. Starbucks or a library or diner.

I made a standing desk and stand on a portable stair stepper that I use throughout the day. I stand for hours and haven't had any problems at all as long as I stand on the stair stepper and move my legs around regularly. Plus it kinda feels like I'm floating which is fun. It's changed my life.

Edit: I use a stair stepper that looks like this (although this is not the exact one): https://www.amazon.com/Sunny-Health-Fitness-Stepper-Resistance/dp/B0016BQFSS They are pretty cheap and break every 6-12 months because of so much use. But I think it's worth it for my back health.

I tried to go with things that had already been on my list and to make connections, I hope I mostly succeeded :)

Riddle the First -
Wine cork candles - a perfect Harry Potter accessory! I can just see us using these at Hogwarts!

Riddle the Second -
This is basically a tiny broom maybe for Dobby to ride on?

Riddle the Third -
I had to go with this hat because it's kind of my favorite hat ever... How can you not at least smile when faced with that hat? Also it is an essential component to a spell that makes the target laugh uncontrollably and therefore be incapacitated.

Riddle the Fourth -
This book is a super cute pop-up adventure! It's like going on a trip without leaving your chair. I've also heard that if you utter the right magic words, you can shrink yourself and enter the adventure...

Riddle the Fifth -
My biggest stretch- this is on my list because I have a bit too much junk in my trunk... that I need to "magically" get rid of x_x

For Bonus Points -
Who wouldn't want to see their lil pet in a cape ESPECIALLY when it also actually gives them the power to fly!!! :D
