I just thought about this problem today and started to look at accessories for runners. I found this weird non absorbent head band. Very simple design, basically a channel to collect sweat and rinse down the sides of your head.

Please tell me about it, if you want to give it a try.

well, obviously can't STOP the sweat, hehe. but i sweat like no one's business. and the worst part is when wearing glasses and i sweat on them, even just standing outside not doing anything.

when running or cycling i generally use the Sweat GUTR to keep sweat out of my eyes. it is plastic, but it's profile is minimal so still allows air/wind to cool you off.

running wise tho, that's about it, i can't run with things in my hands, but having grown up in phoenix, i'm pretty much used to the heat.

when cycling tho, i'll wear a camelbak with cold water, and ice packs between the bladder and my back. before the gutr tho, i would take like 3-4 headbands with me and switch them out every 30 min or so.
