Pure DXM tablets.
I get a chronic cough once or twice a year, usually fall and spring. I bought a bunch of these. Too back they aren't for sale anymore. I guess too many people were tripping balls because of them. Not that I use a bunch of them, because honestly, mine is to the point where I always decide to pay the $30 and get the stuff with codeine from the doctor.
These tabs are much easier to hold down than syrup for me.
