Great, I didn't realize how diff the emersed growth leaves would be. I think I'll give it a shot. Thx for suggestion.
Yeah, I looked at HD and all they had were succulents and evergreen trees/bushes/wreaths. Johnson's Florists is great near me and it has a great selection that seems to rotate (at least over the past week or so I've gone twice) of the really small pots, and then they only have much too large ones. But, I'm on a mission. I just found a mini syngonium online but it says no re submerged roots boo hoo.
But, all those ferns say they will rot with the roots in water? I guess I could try one. I did worry re the humidity level though.
Re the ferts, do you think I can get away with just using Seachem Flourish for the stem plants and I guess I'll have to use root tabs since I put a couple Crypts in there.
And I think I have a buce or two. Still looking for something to put at the top of the rock to hide the waterline. I have some anubias, but I hate to imagine it drying up in transition. Thanks again.
