I got these, they're $40 (although I got them for like €30) and have active noise cancellation (Which you can deactivate when not needed)
They sound good, especially for the price, they're magnets so they don't really entangle when you put them away.
Only downside imo is that they don't have a microphone, so if you get a call you're gonna have to take your phone out of your pocket :/
You can get some nice Taotronics noise cancelling ones from Amazon for ~32+8 shipping via ShopandShip.
Maybe try places like techtown and see how much they'd charge you for that.
It's almost double your budget though
