It depends on which version you're looking for. If you're looking for the limited edition with the video content on Blu-ray, then that's sold out since it's limited run. The CD only version or the CD + DVD version are both still available to order. Two places you could use to buy preorder it are CDJapan or Amazon Japan (These links are for the version with the DVD). There are other places to be sure but these are two places with which I have a lot of experience ordering from and they've good service.
