Oh that's awesome! Just be aware that Civics of that vintage are high theft targets, both cause parts are easy to sell off and also cause they're easy to steal. It's not just Milwaukee... that car would be a target in most big cities. Get some backup auto protection like this

Steering wheel clubs aren't that effective because it's very easy to cut through the steering wheel with a hacksaw.
I used to use this on my old car. It goes on your brake and claims to be bullet proof. So even if they manage to turn on the car, it would be going anywhere.
The car I own now has this chip. The chip is called "Electro Lock" and the last time someone broke into my car they left empty handed.
Dude, get something like one of these, and put it on the clutch. No one will be able to start the car, let alone steal it.

Me daba cuenta porque dos veces lo encontre con un vidrio roto pero que no se robaban nada, y otra me rompieron la chapa, e igual, no se robaron nada.

I think it actually prevented someone from jacking my car once.
The description is not correct. This doesn't attach to the steering wheel at all. It cranks against the brake or clutch and is self suspended.
Don't bother with the steering wheel locks. I had a car jacked while using one of those.
