For this cheap you can get a great gift for someone who dosent already have it or if you yourself have been wanting to play skyrim.

I bought this last year and have put about 1200 hours into all the games of you add them up. In this boxed set you get all 5 of the elder scrolls game INCLUDING their dlc. the only elder scrolls game you dont get is elder scrolls online.

Skyrim requires a steam account and comes with a code which will add morrowwind, oblivion, and skyrim to your steam account. All the games can be installed with the included disk and all the games except skyrim can be run without steam. (morrowind and oblivion can be run with or without steam, skyrim can also be installed with the disc but you cant play it unless you activate the code on your steam account.)

Only for PC.

Oh and you also get matching maps for each game.

Every Steam Sale you can get Morrowind and Oblivion GOTY for like $5, Skyrim Legendary is usually around $7.49.

It goes on sale more times a year than I can count. But you can also get the Elder Scrolls Anthology, it has EVERY Elder Scrolls from Arena to Skyrim and all DLC for Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim.

It also comes with new and updated maps for Tamriel, High Rock/Hammerfell, Morrowind, Cryodill, and Skyrim (fair warning, this map isn't as good as the map that came with Skyrim, which was made with a thicker paper).

I'd say go for the Elder Scrolls Anthology if you want every game, or wait till the next sale on Steam.

It may be worth your time to wait for the Elder Scrolls Anthology to go on sale again. Picked it up for $20 and it has GOTY versions of all games and supposedly compatible versions of Arena and Daggerfall.

If you want to play all the games, start with Morrowind, then Oblivion, then Skyrim. It's harder to go back once you've played a newer game.

I definitely wouldn't buy any of the games from Steam unless they're on sale.

I don't know about starting with Morrowind honestly. It's definitely a hard game and it turned me away from the series for a little bit before I picked up Oblivion and loved it. Skyrim is amazing as well but I would suggest starting with Oblivion.

People should also know the whole Elder Scrolls Anthology is only 28$ on Amazon. It comes with all DLC.

Right now The Elder Scrolls Anthology is $20 on Amazon, so if you don't have the other games and don't mind waiting for it to ship you can get a really good deal, and as a bonus you get maps for each game. If you have the other games already you could also go with the Legendary Edition for $15, though you don't get the kick-ass maps with it.

You sure they didn't just renew it for the huge boxed set that they released? Remember that? They had a huge package deal with all the TES games in one box. Had collectibles and all sorts of stuff. Redguard was in there. Might have been why they renewed it.

How is it ridiculous? Morrowind GoTY is $20 on Steam, Oblivion GoTY Deluxe is $25, and Skyrim Legendary Edition is $40. That all adds up to $85 and the one on Amazon is only $80 with free shipping.

No one knows sale dates usually, but Skyrim usually goes on sale often for 13.99 for the Compete Edition.


I would actually suggest keeping an eye out for the Elder Scrolls Anthology Boxset if you don't have the earlier games; It tends to go for 40 CAD off sale, and you get physical discs of all the games, all the maps, and it includes all DLC and steam keys for Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim. 10-15 more than all the games on sale, but the bonuses are worth it if you are an Elder Scrolls fan.

It was just on sale on Steam last month so probably not any time soon. Also, if you can find it, the Elder Scrolls Anthology is usually cheaper and includes Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim with most of not all of the expansions.

Currently sitting at $21 (plus shipping if you don't have Prime or if your total order isn't over $35). Not the lowest its been these past few days, but it still seems like it's worth it since you get the physical discs, a Steam key to Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim and ALL of the DLC's (as far as I can tell), and a few physical maps.

Hope you didn't buy yet. Amazon has Elder Scrolls Anthology for $21.00. Best Buy has it for even cheaper, but you might have to pick it up in-store.

Last time I was at Target they had the Elder Scrolls Anthology for $39.99. I bought it for $29.99 on black Friday or whatever, but it's usually $49.99 I think. Anyway, includes everything from 1 - 5 and is a physical copy which I prefer.

Edit: Well Amazon has a few left in stock at even cheaper. Amazon Link It's not a bad buy to get all of them for PC.

It's worth the money if you buy it for pc. Played all 3 so far and loving them. Having done dagger fall or arena yet though.

I got it at walmart not too long ago for $5 might get lucky.

This is your best bet for value. All 5 games on disks, DRM free, and all expansions (but not DLC)

the first 2 games don't really matter as they're freeware but that's still $10 per game. You find it at $30 anywhere you look.

I personally haven't got it yet neither have i played oblivion. But this gets you Morrowind and Skyrim as well. (Skyrim is the only one that requires steam to play)

I did this today and now finally "Own" the DLC for Skyrim along with copies of Oblivion and Morrowind on Steam.

I'd go with the Elder Scrolls Anthology, but I am a huge nerd.

According to Amazon it comes with the two most popular DLC's but it's odd they are only doing the Oblivion GOTY and not the GOTY Deluxe with the remaining mods (including the cool fortresses and the infamous horse armor.)

This periodically goes on sale for $25-$30. Not sure if it will again though since Amazon doesn't seem to have them in stock anymore.

Also it's cheaper on Steam right now because the Steam Winter Sale just started.

Actually the Elder Scrolls Anthology is probably the last thing I know of that you could use a disc without a key. It comes with all of the games on disc, but you only need the key for skyrim on steam, the rest can be played with just the disc. Though the Skyrim key actually activates Oblivion and Morrowind on steam as well so you technically get 2 copies of Oblivion and Morrowind.

I noticed The Elder Scrolls Anthology is on sale for $20.99. Seems like a great deal to me. I would jump one it but I'm wondering if it will be cheaper on Black Friday (I remember last year it reached an all time low of $25 on Black Friday and I regretted jumping on it. I was at GameStop and on the clearance shelf I found an one of these for $13. Came with Skyrim and all the DLC plus all the other Elder Scrolls games (discs and steam codes) plus maps for all of 'em. My luck here might've been a one time thing but who knows, couldn't hurt to look.

On GameStop's website it's $21 which is still pretty damn good! Check if a store near you has one.
