I love pop up cards!!! My kids' school has a message center for parents, and I make them for my kids. I've done a tutorial for the other parents in the school. I'll post my booklet, plus a couple of mine. I highly recommend this book as a resource. It includes all of the base pop up forms you could imagine, plus sliders, spinners, etc. There are examples of each, so you can actually examine the workings. If you have an analytical mind (I'm a scientist), it is really helpful.
