Are you sure -- what's your source? Every time I've looked at the Blu-ray disc description it says Region A, e.g.

They may put Season 1 up On Demand before Season Two premieres if you have cable.

Or you can just buy S1 on Blu-ray.

The first season is on Netflix (at least where I live). There's also bluray and you always have torrents...
