I'm in my 30s, and had an experience like yours. Very young, by accident. I know this is going to sound like something you've read before, but Proverbs 24:16 "for though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes." Keep going. Do you have a filter on your internet access? No? Get one. Covenant Eyes is what I have. It's not perfect, but it does what it needs to when I don't love the Lord like I should.
