The only one I've read so far is this Haunted Mansion Imagineering book and it's a pretty great in-depth look at everything that went into the design for our Haunted Mansion as well as others throughout the world.

The last one is laid out like a textbook (not a picture book) but it has a lot of good information.
Would memorizing the ride help? there are so many great ride videos out there. If you know where the jump scares are in the graveyard, you'll be ready for them. Theres also an amazing book about the history of the Haunted Mansion. Understanding it's history might make it less scary.

My friend has this book on the Haunted Mansion. I haven't read it thoroughly, but it was pretty detailed and I liked it a lot. I wish they would have these kinds of books on other attractions.
