I was having the same problem he was. These helped in a huge way. They are not how to get laid books. I also gave them to my best friend and we are both married now.
In all seriousness, buy this book and the others by this author on this subject. It's got good stuff in it. Helped me out a lot. I'm happily married now. :) I believe in you.
