This is the Penguin Classics edition. I think it's KJV, but I don't know for sure.
This is the Everyman's Library hardcover edition: New Testament and Old Testament.
Both publishers produce high quality books with legible font sizes and pages made of paper rather than onion skin. Hopefully one of these satisfies your requirements.
