Complete set of classic paperback books
I don't know... I don't think there's enough books/series on this list to tie me over until TWOW comes out...
Add this on and it might kill enough time...
I think Amazon was selling the one "complete" set and various smaller collections not too long ago?

People complain about Penguin Classics because the paper apparently yellows and becomes brittle quite quickly. Maybe they've fixed this problem recently, though.
shoot you took the fun out of this with all your seriousness.
on a side note. I always thought that it would be great if a department store hired homeless and the down on there luck to work the store. employees would have room and board provided along with a wage. there would be programs to help them kick any habits, get the meds they need, get the counseling they need, and whatever else may be preventing them to get going.
as for personal library, here is a good start
While not as pretty as the one posted here..

I mean if you have $8,000 to spend.
There are over a thousand books that at least one literature professor, for at least one good reason, would consider “a classic”. So if your classic-of-the-week isn’t moving you, skip it and read another one. If you do like it, check out other books with the same author/period/genre/style, even if those other books were not anointed “classics”.
