The ones I've seen seem pricey for what they are but really if you use it for every liquid you pan, it pays for itself in all the product you get to use. The Spatty is one I've had recommended to me before.

Oh! As a heads up on the tarte exfoliator! The well in the stick is DEEP. If you have a cosmetic spatula (pretty cheap on Amazon), you can scrape out a few more uses once you run out of ability to twist it up.
ETA: I bought this set and use the little one for makeup/skincare stuff. The bigger one lives in the kitchen for things like condiments.
you can buy small spatulas that are made for decanting products. they're skinny. Like this

Use needle nose pliers to get the stopper out, and then use this! I love these little spatulas!

I have these ones , they work pretty well.
I use the larger one in the kitchen.
The spatula tip itself is flexible, but firm.
Link. These things are so handy! Not sure why the blue set is so much cheaper than the pink set at this time, but that's inconsequential.
