Indeed! Although to clarify, they were testing the viruses on mice by growing tumors, irradiating the tumors, and feeding them back to more mice, causing nastier tumors, etc.

The actual origin of the original bad guy, a virus called SV-40, was from using monkey kidneys to make the polio vaccines.

Dr. Maurice Hilleman, the man credited with saving more lives than any scientist in history, even admitted that millions had been inadvertently exposed to SV-40, leukemia and AIDS through tainted vaccines.

This was a huge deal when they realized exactly how much they fucked up in the early 60's. The Virus and the Vaccines is an excellent book documenting this fascinating and terrifying story.

The story goes that Dr. Mary Sherman and Judyth Baker were part of a team that was trying to reverse the effects of SV-40, but a sinister shift occurred and TPTB began to no longer have interest in undoing such a phenomenally gross mistake. They instead morphed the "project" from preventing cancer to causing cancer.

Oswald helped transport materials from the clandestine labs...according to Judyth he even helped sacrifice the mice occasionally in the experiments (a job with he wasn't too happy with, apparently).

Dr. Sherman, David Ferrie, Dr. Alton Ochsner, Judyth and the others involved were under the impression that they had to finish their bio-weapon to kill Castro or TPTB would get restless and kill Kennedy instead. Unfortunately for them, it seems their minds were already made up.

They even got as far as experimenting on a prisoner, successfully killing him in less than 30 dies after the injection and subsequent radiation exposure.

Oswald even made the trip to Cuba to deliver the bio-weapon to another agent, but his contact never showed and he was left high and dry. This was the reason Oswald was crafting his "pro-Castro" image...to get accepted into Cuba to deliver the cancer weapon.

Oswald had already completed another mission as a fake "defector" to Russia where it's rumored that he was involved in giving the Soviets information that led to Gary Powers being shot down.

You seriously can't make this shit up.

Although the following tends to find fault with many vaccines and the vaccine industry, if you're going to read this, please review the copious amount data compiled by official sources of vaccine information, including the FDA, CDC, WHO, as well as the pharmaceutical companies themselves.

Too often are such conversations suppressed or dismissed because “the science is in” on the subject of vaccines.

This is an attempt to offer the decreasingly blasphemous view that the science is not, in fact, “in.”

This statement, and the following material, isn't meant to argue that the theory behind vaccination is flawed. Vaccines do work. This has been demonstrated again and again.

However...in humanity's desperation to overcome the terror of crippling pandemics, inexcusable and irreparable mistakes were made in the frantic rush to rid mankind of the devastating effects these diseases.

This isn't about autism. This isn't about global “population reduction” reduction programs.

This is about very real, and very frightening, mistakes that have made in the history of the development of vaccines.

This is about the obfuscation of the early history of vaccination...obfuscation which continues to this day, and which has the detrimental effect of stifling a serious debate on this vitally important subject.

Not only has the discussion on vaccine safety become completely polarized, but it also has devolved into a false dichotomy: you're either “pro”-vaccine or “anti”-vaccine. This has had the extremely unfortunate effect of severely limiting the conversation. Sadly, many important topics today have fallen victim to this false dichotomy.

Before continuing, I'd like to acknowledge a few books that opened my eyes to this controversial but fascinating field of research.

The first is The Virus and the Vaccine, a fascinating true story of the contamination of the polio vaccine with a cancer-causing monkey virus (full text available here).

The second is Dr. Mary's Monkey. Although I didn't use this book as a source, it's a thrilling story in its own right, and weaves together the JFK assassination, the contaminated polio vaccine scandal, and a secret project to develop a bio-weapon to kill Fidel Castro.

Lastly I owe much of this research to the indispensable Vaccine Safety Manual for Concerned Families and Health Practitioners.
The thousands of references provided have proved to be a veritable gold mine.

You're welcome...if you want to get more info on the whole SV-40 contamination debacle then I highly recommend this book.

It's well written and impeccably sourced...this seriously is one of the biggest coverups of the 20th century and it's incredible more people don't know about it.

People in /r/conspiracy don't exactly embrace it either...

Contaminated Polio Vaccine Responsible for Human Cancer Cases

In 2002, the journal Lancet published compelling evidence that contaminated polio vaccine was responsible for up to half of the 55,000 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cases that were occurring each year.

What was it contaminated with?

SV40, a cancer-causing monkey virus. The puzzle began in 1994, when Dr. Michele Carbone, a Loyola University researcher, found the virus SV40, which had never before been detected in humans, in half of the human lung tumors he was studying. Since then, 60 different lab studies have confirmed the results, and SV40 has been found in a variety of human cancers, including lung-, brain-, bone-, and lymphatic cancer.

At first no one could fathom how the virus had been transmitted into the human population.

But in the censored interview with Dr. Maurice Hilleman above, Hilleman admits Merck's responsibility in unleashing this virus via their polio vaccine, as well as the likelihood that there was an importing and spreading the AIDS virus in the same manner.

Vaccines Can Cause the Very Disease They're Meant to Prevent, and Worse

For years, researchers suggested that millions of vials of polio vaccine, contaminated with SV40, infected individuals between 1953 and 1963 and caused human tumors, and by 1999, molecular evidence of SV40 infections were showing up in children born after 1982. Some experts now suggest the virus may have remained in the polio vaccine until as late as 1999.

Still, the FDA and health authorities turned a blind eye.

In addition, just like Gardasil may well increase your risk of cervical cancer rather than reduce it, the live polio vaccine has also been found to cause polio. And, in rare instances the virus in the vaccine has even been known to mutate into a much deadlier version. As reported by MSN News in 2009, genetic analysis has proven such mutated viruses have caused at least seven separate outbreaks in Nigeria.

According to the CDC the last case of wild polio in the US—meaning polio caused naturally and not due to the live polio vaccine—occurred in 1979. From 1980 through 1999, there were NO wild polio cases in the US. Instead we had 144 cases of vaccine-associated paralytic polio (VAPP) caused by live oral polio vaccine.

Polio outbreaks in Haiti and the Dominican Republic in 2002 were also traced back to a strain of oral polio vaccine (OPV) that mutated back to virulence.

According to a report by Neil Z. Miller of the Global Vaccine Institute, the live polio virus from the vaccine can remain in your throat for one to two weeks and in your feces for up to two months. So not only is the vaccine recipient at risk, but he or she can potentially spread the disease to others.

In 1999, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommended that the United States replace the live-virus vaccine with an inactivated "killed" virus vaccine, which is what remains in use today. However, the inactivated polio virus vaccine has not been without its share of serious side effects either.
