There's a really good book on wedding officiating that we've used, our wedding is being officiated by a friend of ours. It has lots of example writing and says exactly what the different parts of a ceremony are and how to customize it. Here's the Amazon link.

I bought a book on Amazon. I just searched for "wedding ceremony planner" and bought one of the top rated options. This one doesn't have Jewish elements but you may be able to find one tang does.
