I always loved fictional field guides and books about what creatures might look like in the future. One of my favorites is the Wildlife of Star Wars book. If anyone knows any others like this, let me know!!
I decided to stat out one of my favorite creatures that I first read about in this book. I statted this creature in three forms. I haven't ever built a creature before, so here goes a rookie try. :)
Feral Tusk Cat Hunting Pack (Minion)
Dirt and blood-stained tusks protrude from the snouts of these snarling, lithe pack hunting predator cats.

I just have to mention the creature design of Terryl Whitlatch for the prequels. I took one of her classes in grad school and am still not over how amazingly talented and creative she is.
