I've been using Theraneem because it's very thin and it has helped get down to my scalp! I use a clarifying shampoo once a week (just Neutrogena) and it's been worthwhile.
> But for me, it was way too trying to be used on my hair and face.
For shampoo, /r/HaircareScience recommends Organix South TheraNeem Shampoo Scalp Therape and Organix South - TheraNeem Gentle Therape Conditioner for people with sensitive scalps like my own. I think I'll roll with these.
> It's pretty basic (higher pH than 7) so it's pretty unideal in the face area.
For face, I've read nothing but great things about Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser.
I may just use Dr. Bronner's for my body.
I have the same problem, and it used to be really bad, but it's really improved recently. I use that H&S conditioner at least 3x a week. Also, in the winter when it gets dry out I'll use some Aveeno or ideally:this lotion on my scalp to keep it from drying out and cracking. Also, I think that this shampoo (glycerin based, of course) KICKS ASS. It penetrates right down to the scalp and has a mellow tingle to it. You only need a little bit, so for me a bottle lasts about a year (I will use it about 3-4 times a month).
