Okay, let's assume your attempts at humor are a deflection from your insecurities, so i'll give you legitimate advice.
First off, shave the beard and teenstache. You look best in your 2nd to last pic, I actually think that long hair suits you when it isn't wet, making it look sort of greasy.
Also, if you're 18 you are still very young, but you can start working on the things that will improve your appearance today! Exercise (bodyweight and cardio if you aren't comfortable going to the gym), eat healthier food, and drink tons of water. You can see a dermatologist about clearing up your skin and in the meantime, buy a body wash like this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010FHRA4G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_RcVLyb7VSNCCN, it may work better for you than prescription acne products, you never know until you try for yourself!

Hmm I think there could be a few more useful details here to help. I've been on the hunt for good briefs and undershirts for a long time. I've finally settled on Uniqlo's airism garments. They make shirts and boxer briefs (what I use) They're synthetic, but they make them in tight knit and mesh, and boy are they breathable. I'd have to disagree with those saying stay away from synthetic - if done right, they can be amazing. I used to use cotton, and found they'd be damp by the end of the day or gross. This rarely happens to me anymore with these.

Couple things to keep in mind - be true to your weight and size. Boxer briefs, and pants for that matter, can make things worse if they're too small or tight fitting. Better pants can also help - you're looking for breathability. Lulu lemon makes a men's dress pant that a ^(rich)friend of mine swears by. I'm not saying go spend $100+ on pants, but I'm sure other non-branded versions similar to these exist at a fraction the cost.

Lastly, as others have said, hygeine is very important. Be sure to use body wash, and make sure everything is dry before putting clothes on. I've heard using Tea-tree oil as a body wash for stuff like this, though I have not found research on the efficacy of this claim.

Best of luck!

I don't really have a routine for body. I alternate between this and this for washing.

I'm a guy btw, so if you have any recommendations, the scent-free/more masculine scents are definitely more appreciated.

Thanks

It definitely looks like tinea versicolor. This is how it looks on me.

I notice I get it in areas where I tend to sweat a little more than normal. Dermatologist recommended selsum blue shampoo, but I ended up looking on amazon and purchased this tea tee oil shampoo that’s really changed my life (if I’m persistent, it’ll disappear within 2 /3 weeks). That and a topical cream prescription “econazole nitrate, along with golden bond powder extra strength -medicated . A combination off these three help to relieve the itchiness and help get rid of them.

With the shampoo, I try to apply it on my dry skin at least five minutes before I get into the shower so I could just sit on my skin, then I use a body brush while showering to make sure I’m exfoliating and spreading it areas I can’t reach. Sometimes there’s a little burning sensation but it’s a minty sensation. If I have time before work, I apply the econazole and then I will stall until it dries and apply the golden bond powder over the areas affected. For me, it’s my neck, my shoulders, underboobs, the crook my elbows, my upper back , and my pubic area. Be forewarned that you will smell very minty for the rest of the day.

I get smelly junk, athletes foot, and acne under armpits and on shoulders. Is this product worth investing in, in order to cure my problems? Thinking of using it as my daily soap...
