The one I'm using currently has a swivel touchscreen that converts to a tablet that makes it easy to write notes in class.
If it's this one, I noticed that as well and am afraid you may be somewhat correct. He won't have an issue with the performance, but the graphics will be basic.
Having said that, I enjoy this game regardless of the graphics. Bling is ok, but, if I had to lose it to play, I would. Then again, I'd probably just play as Preferred for a while, unless my guildies needed me.

Try finding one that has Windows Pro on it so that you can utilize 16gbs of ram. Most of them will only have 4-8gb of ram installed, though. But the cost of ram is pretty cheap so it shouldn't be too bad.
