Honestly, you're going to be a lot happier with a headlamp than a flashlight when dealing with multi-day power outages. With headlamps, many people prefer lighter weight and more frequent battery changes to heavier lights with longer runtimes. If you figure using a flashlight for a max of 6 hours per night (7pm-midnight, non-stop, plus an hour of usage during the day), that T10 on low plus 72 alkalines has you covered for over a year of continuous illumination!
Personally I have a Thrunite TH-10 that I like, but the form factor annoys me a bit and the TH20 would probably be a better choice, especially because it fits inside your budget.

Al 3 of these are the same brand, but I have no material connection to them. They have just been good lights for me.
