Titaner makes two different pens that both take the Pilot G2 refill, are made of titanium, and are *really* slim. Both twist at the top to deploy/retract the refill.
This one has a stylus on top with a glass breaker underneath and a knurled grip.
This one has a glass breaker/flat top (it unscrews and flips) with a hexagonal grip, and I have this one. I was shocked at how thin it is, and I really dig the hexagonal grip. I'm not a tactical pen person, so I unscrewed the glass breaker and flipped it over for a flat top.
Both of these are affordable, considering they are titanium pens, which are usually more expensive. You can sometimes catch these cheaper on eBay, though I could only find the 1st one and not the 2nd one currently. The only drawback is that they are made in China and can take a while for delivery, though the 1st one above is listed as Prime on Amazon, so it ships in a couple of days.

Awesome, thank you. Got a link for the fisher space pen refill? Also the Lamy looks very bulky. I went ahead and bought this pen and energel .5mm refills. Saw someone suggest it in another thread.

It's a nice slim pen with great knurling. I got one for a Precise V7 cartridge in black and another for a Precise V5 in red.
