This glue will be tacky if you apply it and let it dry before adhering it to anything.

If you apply it and stick things together while wet, they will stick together. If you apply to both surfaces and allow to dry, they will mostly stick together, but are repositionable for a few minutes. If you apply to one surface and allow to dry, it is sticky like a post it note and repositionable.
