So I'll admit I felt like old people buying this thing but I spend 16 hours a day on this chair this cushion is an absolute necessity. Word to the wise, the 17in width is just a little bit too much. It fits but it's kind of shoved in there. If you can find one that is 15 inches wide you're going to have a better fit.

I use a wedge cushion like this It stops my hips from being at a funny angle and it takes pressure off my tailbone.
