Get a True Mirror or build your own correct-chirality mirror with a couple of first-surface mirrors mounted at right angles.

You can also do it with a webcam. Display a full-screen image, make sure the software isn't set to show "mirror image" and the effect should be roughly equivalent to a True Mirror.

Regardless, I don't believe you can trick yourself into not recognizing yourself--without drugs, anyway.

Now you can buy a "reverse mirror" to show you what other people see.

A 90 degree joined mirror will reflect back an image that is doubly reversed. In other words, how everyone else sees you. You look at the mirror with the seam right in the middle as if you were staring at a partially opened book.

Explained here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-reversing_mirror

If you look closely at the product on Amazon, you can see the 90 degree angle where the mirrors meet the base. The trick is hiding the seam where the mirrors meet, as normally the reflecting surface is on the rear of a mirror's glass.
