Luggage Locks: To keep your bags locked up tightly.

Bike Locks: To fasten your bag to your person. Either with caribiners or wrist/ankle cuffs.

Diamond brokers use handcuffs. You could do the same to be extra secure.

I just carry a little cable travel lock like this that I put through a spoke in the front and rear. I also use my handle bars as a stake point for my tent. Nothing extreme to would prevent a motivated theft, but probably enough deterrent for scenarios where the thief isn't willing to hurt somebody to steal something.
