Everything all together was around $50.

We cut the planet tray out of the rest of the tray with a box knife, and we put the strategy cards atop one of the stacks of planets. The victory track we ended up moving to the top of the race boxes so it would lay flat. Other than that, the books and stuff sit on top of everything, and the box closes up no problem. It's considerably heavier than before due to all the added plastic, of course, but it's looking like cleanup and set up will be much easier with this method because all anybody will need to grab is their color box and their race box. Hope this helps!

Edit: Ah also forgot to mention--we sleeved everything in these. They are thinner than the FFG ones and therefore fit in our plastic cases:

Although i've built foam risers before to great success, If you want more flexibility, Ultra Pro Deck Boxes + the like are very useful.
They aren't too expensive and are transparent. They also come with 2 for the price of 1 deck box.

If you just want staircase risers for nendoroids, I bought mine locally. Some scrounging on the subreddit should net you some decent sellers.

My copy is sleeved and I use these 25 card deck boxes. 50 Card for some larger characters like Endrbyt.

However, the ~70 characters that I have they don't all fit into one box. Even if they did, the plastic deck boxes would make it quite heavy. As such, I have keep some of the more basic characters in the War box and I have the larger Devastation box host some more advanced characters. This allows me to keep a travel kit of sorts to teach new players. Here's a snippet of my Devastation box.. My War box is incidentally at a friends house from the last time I taught the game.

I either bag components or I've been using Ultra Pro two part card cases for pieces. I like the ease of handing a player a container where they can use the bottom and top to keep components organized during play. I don't sleeve them. The cards are pretty good quality and you aren't shuffling them, so I didn't feel it was necessary to sleeve them.

I have each fighter's cards, standee and token in its own clear plastic Ultra-pro card box (the slim ones: http://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-25count-2-Piece-Plastic/dp/B0002TT3KM). They fit everything perfectly and everything fits well in the box that way. Regular deck boxes, while good are just a little too big. Although you could use them for some of the extra tokens and such.

I also believe there is a file for tuckboxes on BGG that you can print and make for every fighter. That was a little too much work for me, to be honest. But they're pretty cool if you want to spend the time doing that.

Use the ultra pro 25 card holders for the tokens. as for the units you just need to find some nice fitting plastic containers and then cut up the original insert.

if you do this you can just go to target or somewhere to buy the containers.
