They're sturdy and cheap (local shop sells them for $6 each). I should also mention that these are D ring binders meaning one side is flat, this keeps the pages safe from curling up.
If the HORI Card Folio looks similar to that one, then I can't imagine what the problem would be, besides the size. I found one or two Ultra Pro binders on Amazon, so I'll consider them if the HORI binder really does end up being universally hated.
